RC Castro and Genesis Tan are just some of APMC employees who have been tapped as resource speakers by external providers to discuss topics related to Energy Conservation, Management and Leadership.

RC is professionally trained in sharing aspects of his work on Energy related matters. He also has international exposures in terms of technical / energy related initiatives. RC was invited to deliver a 30-minute talk on "Energy Conservation Best Practices of the Tower One And Exchange Plaza Building" last year at City Garden Hotel, Makati City. The seminar entitled, Energy Conservation for Buildings in Southeast Asia was organized by the Department of Energy and the ASEAN Center for Energy. He also had other counterparts from Japan, Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand who delved on a variety of related issues.

On the other hand, Genesis harked back to his UST college days when he gave a talk during the 12th Leadership training seminar dubbed as "Reinventing the Thomasian Engineering Community : Effective Advisers and Empowered Student Leaders". He tackled the topic on Strategic Communication - The 6 Directions of Leadership. He was also once the President of the engineering student council and is still an active AYLC alumnus..

Aside from RC and Gen, APMC still has enduring talents waiting to be tapped.
