In what has been described as a “momentous event”, Ayala Property Mgmt. Corp. (APMC) attained the approval of Certification International Philippines, Inc. (CIPI) auditors and recommended certification for the three standards namely ISO 9001:2000 for Quality; ISO 14001:2004 for Environmental and OHSAS 18001:1999 for Occupational Health and Safety. The ISO certification covers the different business lines of APMC namely Facilities Management, Carparks Management, Estate Management, Leasing and Brokerage, Waterworks Operations and Construction.

With the leadership of its President, Raul M. Irlanda, the company established its mission/vision of making APMC a world-class, customer-focused property management company admired by others and the benchmark of quality service among all its competitors in the country.

To support the ISO program of the company, a team of experts coming from the different business lines of APMC headed by Jefel V. Gonong, who was assigned as Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Management Representative (QEHSMR) was created. It handled the documentation, implementation, internal audit and continuous improvement of the company's Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Management System (QEHSMS) also known as the Integrated Management System.

Last November 23 and December 16, 2005, the APMC Integrated Management System was audited and reviewed against the ISO standards across all managed properties. In the end, APMC impressed the ISO Auditors getting zero non-conformances in all its business lines. As stated by Mr. Joselito Soler, Lead Auditor of CIPI, “ In my experience of auditing more than 500 companies, it is very rare for a company to get zero non-conformance for three certifications on its first try. I am very impressed with your Management System ”.
