B. TECHNICAL

APMC operates Building Management System (BMS) of office buildings like Tower One & Exchange Plaza, 6750, Makati Stock Exchange, etc. This sophisticated system enables the monitoring of elevators, fire prevention, security and other building functions from a central office.

APMC introduced the automated Carpark Management System to parking structures like Greenbelt Mall, Dela Rosa 1 & 2, Makati Medical Center, Makati Avenue Steel, Ayala Avenue Steel, EDSA, Park Square 1 & 2, Glorietta 4, etc. This system accurately monitors all vehicles entering and exiting the car port. With its automated feature, this system enables to compute all parking fees in minutes and generate essential management reports.



C. WATERWORKS
       

How to apply for water and sewer services? 

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

1. Applicant is a resident/owner of any Ayala-owned properties mentioned on the previous page.

2. Duly accomplished 'Application and Contract for Water and Sewer Services' form. This form is available in your waterworks office.

3. Photocopy of Deed-of-Sale or TCT (Transfer Certificate of Title).

4. Payment of guarantee deposit. Checks should be made payable to Ayala Land, Inc.

5. There must be no outstanding accounts.
