During transacting Online Payments for Reservations or Requests, you will be directed to the “3rd Party Payment gateway service owned and operated by OmniPay, which shall collect and process your financial information according to its own terms and policies.
2 HOW YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL BE USED

Service Requests
Online Payment facilitation
Permits and Certificates

As required by your HOA/Condo Corp, to enable APMC to perform its responsibilities and services in particular:

In addition, and where needed with your consent, we may send you messages in relation to our services, for example, to send notifications about new services. You can opt out of such messages by following the instructions included in the communication.
3 PERSONAL INFORMATION SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES
In order to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice, we may disclose your personal information to the following parties:

If the personal information that we hold about you needs to be corrected or updated, the Company shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the data collected is current, complete, and accurate.
