APMC at the Forefront of Sustainability and Innovation in Property Management

Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) proudly took part in Schneider Electric’s Innovation Day Philippines 2025: Innovate for Impact, held on May 20 at Shangri-La The Fort, Taguig City. Celebrating Schneider Electric Philippines’ 30th year, the event convened key leaders from government, energy, business, and industry to explore transformative solutions for a sustainable and resilient future.  

Demonstrating APMC’s leadership in the intersection of sustainability and innovation, President Mr. Tony Martin and Chief Operating Officer Engr. Michael Magpusao played key roles in the event’s most critical discussions.  

Championing Resilience and Advancing Sustainability  

Mr. Tony Martin joined a panel of prominent industry leaders in the plenary session titled “Addressing Energy Challenges: Innovative Solutions for a Resilient Future.” As a respected figure in the field, Mr. Martin shared how APMC integrates sustainability into the core of its operations and redefines what resilience and innovation mean in the property management landscape.  

Engr. Michael Magpusao, one of the esteemed presenters in the expert learning session on buildings, shared APMC’s evolving sustainability journey. He traced its roots from Ayala Corporation’s strong environmental governance to Ayala Land’s green development strategy, and ultimately to APMC’s role in operationalizing these practices on the ground.  He also joined the panel discussion “Innovating the Future: Challenges and Opportunities in the Philippine Building Structure,” where he emphasized the importance of future-ready solutions to improve the country’s infrastructure.
