APMC Commits to Earth Hour 2026, Mobilizing Managed Properties Nationwide

When it comes to sustainability, Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) has long been at the forefront, implementing initiatives that improve energy efficiency and optimize resource use across its managed properties. These efforts underscore the company’s commitment not only to effective property management but also to advancing environmental stewardship across its portfolio.

Building on this strong foundation, APMC further reinforced its commitment by formally confirming its participation in Earth Hour 2026 on March 18, 2026, marked by a symbolic handshake with the World Wide Fund for Nature Philippines (WWF-Philippines) team in support of the Earth Hour campaign. 

APMC President Tony Martin, together with members of the management committee leading the company’s operational services and Ayala Land’s Sustainability Manager, Mabel Reyes, joined the event. Representatives from WWF Philippines were also present, including Atty. Angela Consuelo Ibay, Head of the Climate Change and Energy Programme and National Director of Earth Hour Pilipinas. The symbolic handshake signified a meaningful alignment between APMC’s ongoing sustainability efforts and a global movement that promotes environmental awareness and collective action.

“Our role is clear. We take care of spaces where people live, work, and gather. That responsibility comes with a simple question: how do we make these spaces better today and in the long run? Earth Hour is a powerful reminder. For one hour, we pause and reflect on the difference we can make for the world, even in the span of a single hour. But in our line of work, the real commitment happens in all the hours that follow. It is in the daily discipline of running buildings well. It is in the small improvements that add up over time,” said Tony Martin, APMC President. 

In line with this commitment, APMC-managed properties and communities across the country will collectively participate in Earth Hour 2026, demonstrating the company’s unified approach to sustainability at every level of operations.
