APMC Delivers Security as a Brand Commitment, Not Just a Service

The Security Command Conference held on May 15 at Dusit Thani Manila is just one of Ayala Property Management Corporation’s (APMC) initiatives designed to ensure alignment across all security teams and to evaluate ongoing efforts toward enhancing safety and protection across Ayala properties.  

The conference served as a platform for the Asset Protection Division, led by Mr. Ivan Daguio, who also serves as the Director of the Estates Management Group, to advance strategic plans aimed at strengthening security operations and continuously evolving safety measures, reaffirming APMC’s commitment to excellence. 

During the event, APMC President Mr. Tony Martin shared his vision for security within APMC, underscoring its role as a key part of the Ayala brand. “Security personnel are more than just a presence. Their character, discipline, and values shape the safety experience that our communities trust,” he said.  

The conference reaffirmed that for APMC, safety is not just about protocols—it’s about people, presence, and purpose. It’s about making sure every resident, tenant, and guest feels safe and secure in every Ayala-managed property.
