APMC Shaping Sustainable Development Through Climate-Resilient Ecosyst

Growth brings opportunity, but it also brings responsibility. With this in mind, APMC gathered its Estate Management, Development Control, and Landscape Management Groups for the Annual Development Control and Landscape Summit on December 11, 2025, at the Alviera Country Club in Pampanga. With the theme, “Design for Climate-Resilient Ecosystems,” the summit was organized in line with the continued expansion of the Central Luzon Estates and the need to guide its development with intention and care.

The event welcomed residents, merchants, service providers, and partner groups from within the community into a shared conversation on planning well and designing wisely. Development Control sessions revisited construction guidelines that protect quality and consistency, while Landscape Management discussions explored current trends and practical approaches that can be applied across managed properties. The summit was hosted and supported by the Central Luzon Estates Group, covering Alviera, Alviera Industrial Park, and Crescendo.

Insights from industry leaders anchored the program. Ayala Land Inc. Planning Group Head, Ms. Mia Quimpo, set the tone with a discussion on planning and development, sharing best practices that reinforce sustainability and resilience. The conversation was further enriched by expert perspectives from allied fields, including Dr. Susan Aquino Ong for Horticulture, L.Ar. Pamela Sarunya Pagana for Landscape Architecture, and For. Jenna Oliquiano de Luna for Forestry, offering a holistic view of how ecology, innovation, and design come together in today’s landscapes.

More than a one-day gathering, the summit reinforced collaboration and renewed a shared commitment to sustainable and climate-resilient estate development across the Central Luzon Estates.
