APMC Bags Four Major Awards at the FMOP Awards Night 2026

APMC brought home four awards at the National FM Summit 2026 and FMOP Awards Night 2026, held on October 15 at The Space at One Ayala, under the theme “Driving Excellence in Facilities Management.” The distinctions recognize APMC’s organizational excellence, commitment to sustainability, and the leadership and contributions of its people to the facilities management industry.

The Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to APMC President Tony Martin in recognition of his significant contributions to the facilities management industry and his leadership in advancing industry practices. He also spoke and served as a panelist at the summit, sharing his leadership experience, insights, and perspectives with fellow industry practitioners and contributing to discussions on the industry’s continued growth and development.

The FM Organisation of the Year Award was also conferred on APMC, with President Tony Martin accepting the recognition on behalf of the company. The award recognizes APMC’s commitment to operational excellence, reliable integrated property and facilities management services, and consistently high standards across its managed properties. It also reflects the collective efforts of Team APMC in delivering quality services and maintaining safe, well-managed environments for its stakeholders.

Adding another trophy to its bag, APMC earned the Sustainability Champion of the Year Award, recognizing its continued efforts to integrate sustainability into property operations, improve resource efficiency, and advance responsible management practices across its managed portfolio. This recognition reflects APMC’s commitment to reducing environmental impact while maintaining efficient and reliable operations. Michael F. Magpusao, APMC Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Chief Engineer, received the award on behalf of the company.

Rounding out APMC’s achievements, Engr. Mary France Llorin, APMC Senior Engineering Manager, received the Women in FM Recognition Award for her contributions to promoting diversity, inclusion, and gender equality in the facilities management industry.

In a traditionally male-dominated field, France has advanced through increasingly senior technical and facilities management roles, demonstrating leadership grounded in competence, character, and performance. Through her work in engineering meetings, site audits, project boards, property operations, and technical transitions, she has helped strengthen women's representation in engineering leadership.

These achievements reflect APMC’s continuing commitment to driving excellence through effective property and facilities management, sustainable operations, and strong leadership. They also recognize the collective efforts of Team APMC in maintaining service standards and creating safe, sustainable, and thriving communities.
