Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) celebrated National Bayanihan Day in its own green way. Rooted in the Filipino tradition of Bayanihan, which reflects the spirit of communal unity and cooperation, APMC’s Landscape Management Group (LMG) and the Estate Operations Team organized a meaningful clean-up activity to demonstrate APMC’s shared commitment with partners in building greener and more connected communities.
This year’s celebration of National Bayanihan Day saw a 4% increase in participation, mobilizing 560 individuals from seven APMC-managed properties. Participants included residents, merchants, service providers, and representatives from local government units. Collectively, these stakeholders contributed a total of 560 service hours in support of the initiative led by APMC’s Landscape Management Group (LMG) and the Estate Operations Team.
In alignment with APMC’s sustainability objectives, the cleanup drive successfully collected and diverted 1,116 kilograms of waste from approximately 178,800 square meters of green spaces, common areas, and local waterways.
Building on the success of this year’s National Bayanihan Day, APMC reaffirms its commitment to fostering sustainable and connected communities. This achievement demonstrates APMC’s proactive approach in promoting shared responsibility and strong partnerships with its communities, which are core elements of the company’s vision to create greener, more sustainable spaces that enhance overall quality of life.
