13 APMC-Managed Properties Cited Among the Philippines' Most Accessible Developments at the 2026 Apolinario Mabini Awards
APMC continues to champion accessibility and inclusion, with 13 APMC-managed properties receiving national honors for advancing accessibility and inclusion for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).
Presented biennially by the Philippine Foundation for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled, Inc. (PFRD), the awards celebrate organizations that create safe, accessible, and inclusive environments where everyone can thrive.
The achievement reflects APMC's commitment to advancing Ayala Land's vision of creating accessible, inclusive, and people-centered communities.

This year's awards followed a rigorous nationwide evaluation that began in May 2025, during which participating organizations underwent comprehensive screening, site visits, and on-site validation.
Properties were assessed for compliance with Batas Pambansa Blg. 344 (Accessibility Law) and for initiatives that promote safe, inclusive, and barrier-free environments
The following APMC-managed properties were recognized:

Led by President Tony Martin, the APMC Management Committee and representatives from the awarded properties attended the August 3, 2026 awarding ceremony at the House of Representatives' Romualdez Hall in Quezon City.
Accessibility and inclusion remain integral to how APMC manages communities. Through its property management practices, APMC helps create environments that support the diverse needs of residents, tenants, employees, and visitors while bringing Ayala Land's vision of enhancing land and enriching lives to life across its managed properties.
By integrating accessibility into the way its properties are planned, operated, and maintained, APMC continues to support environments that enable every individual to navigate and experience its communities with dignity, independence, and peace of mind.
