APMC Simultaneous Estates Environmental Day (SEED) 2026: Growing a Greener Future Together

APMC Simultaneous Estates Environmental Day (SEED) 2026: Growing a Gre

Imagine a seed resting in the palm of your hand. Small enough to fit between your fingers, yet holding the potential to provide shade, support biodiversity, and become part of a greener community.

Now, imagine 42,862 of them.

That is what Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC), the property management arm of Ayala Land Inc. (ALI), helped set in motion during Simultaneous Estates Environmental Day (SEED) 2026, held last October 19.

Across participating estates, a simple act of planting became an invitation for communities to help shape a greener future.

And that invitation reached well beyond APMC’s teams.

Students, families, locators, and partners joined employees and property teams, bringing generations and organizations together around a shared purpose. The people who live in, work in, and support these estates took an active role in caring for the environment they share.

A total of 653 participants joined the initiative, sowing 42,862 seeds sourced from mature native trees across APMC-managed estates, with an estimated market value of ₱4.29 million. More than a measurable environmental contribution, the initiative strengthened community engagement by bringing people together around a common commitment to sustainability.

The initiative was organized by APMC’s Estates Management Group, led by its Landscape Management Team, and carried out simultaneously across APMC-managed estates: Alviera, Alviera Industrial Park, Cresendo, Altaraza, Vertis North, Cloverleaf, The Junction Place, Parklinks, Makati Central, Circuit Makati, Ayala Center, Arca South, Vermosa, Nuvali, Westborough, Arillo, Evo City, Cavite Technopark, and Lio.

By bringing the wider community into the effort, APMC SEED 2026 gave environmental responsibility room to grow beyond a single activity and into homes, workplaces, and shared spaces. It encouraged participants to see themselves as part of their community’s future, with a role in helping it thrive.

That commitment continues beyond planting day. APMC’s Landscape Management Team will nurture and care for the seeds planted, helping them take root and grow into thriving greenery that enriches shared spaces, supports local biodiversity, and brings lasting benefits to the community.

After all, a seed holds the promise of growth. With a community behind it and dedicated hands to care for it, that promise can take root.
