APMC Supports Earth Hour 2025, Reinforcing Commitment to Sustainabilit

Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) and Ayala Land Inc. (ALI), in partnership with the Makati Local Government Unit (LGU), came together to celebrate Earth Hour on March 22, 2025, at Ayala Triangle Gardens. Assistant Vice Mayor Monique Q. Lagdameo opened the event with a strong call to action, followed by a message from APMC President Tony Martin, who underscored the company’s commitment to sustainability in property management.

The event was well attended by APMC’s Management Committee, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Engineer Mike Magpusao, as well as Ayala Land Sustainability Head Anna Gonzales. Officials from various Makati barangays also joined the gathering, showing their support for collective climate action.

A candle-lighting ceremony and commitment wall signing served as powerful reminders of the responsibility shared by businesses and communities in protecting the environment. At exactly 8:30 PM, lights across the venue—and in APMC-managed properties nationwide—were switched off, demonstrating collective action in support of the global movement.

More than just an annual observance, Earth Hour is a reflection of APMC’s ongoing efforts to integrate sustainability into daily operations. From energy conservation to waste management and green initiatives, APMC continues to champion responsible property management, proving that sustainability isn’t just a commitment—it’s a way of doing business.
