APMC took part in the 1st Facilities Management Organization of the Philippines (FMOP) General Assembly 2025

APMC took part in the 1st Facilities Management Organization of the Philippines (FMOP) General Assembly held on October 24, 2025, at Seda Hotel, BGC, Taguig City. 

Representing APMC, President Tony Martin led a keynote session titled “Facilities Management as a Strategic Partner: Driving Value and Collaboration Across the Ayala Ecosystem.” In his presentation, he emphasized the evolving role of Facilities Management —from  a traditional support function to a strategic business enabler that drives continuity, resilience, and customer experience. He also underscored how APMC continues to champion collaboration, innovation, and sustainability across the Ayala group and the wider FM community.  

Other APMC representatives, including Residential Business Core Brand Director Ralph Dela Cruz, were also present, reflecting the company’s active engagement in advancing the facilities management profession through knowledge sharing, partnerships, and industry collaboration.  

The inaugural gathering brought together professionals, industry leaders, service providers, and partners to align on shared goals of excellence, sustainability, and innovation for 2026 and beyond. Through this participation, APMC reaffirmed its commitment to elevating the standards of Facilities Management and fostering partnerships that enable shared progress and long-term value.
