APMC marks two notable distinctions at the Quezon City Green Awards 2025, with Vertis North Estate Association, Inc. receiving the Excellence in Resiliency award and UP AyalaLand Technohub recognized for Excellence in Climate Action at the awarding ceremony held last November 13, 2025.

The Green Category of the QC Green Awards on Resiliency recognizes organizations that demonstrate strong preparedness through effective site readiness, emergency management, response systems, and close coordination with local government units. For the Sustainability category, the QC LGU evaluated programs in energy efficiency, waste management, engineering interventions, and renewable energy use. From more than 290 entries spanning universities, businesses, youth groups, and various organizations, VNEA and UPTH emerged as winners in their respective categories, further reinforcing APMC’s role as a leader in sustainable property management.

UPTH, managed by APMC’s Commercial Properties Group, earned recognition for integrating smart design, renewable energy, and energy efficiency across its buildings. These include LED lighting systems, solar-powered fixtures, water-efficient installations, and smart monitoring solutions that reduce environmental impact while encouraging greener habits within the community.

VNEA was honored for the Vertis North Rain Garden, managed and designed by APMC's Estate Management Group in collaboration with Ayala Land Estates Inc. The garden serves as a multifunctional urban green space equipped with a sustainable water storage system that captures and retains rainwater to slow runoff and reduce flooding risks within and around Vertis North.

These milestones further demonstrate APMC’s commitment to sustainability and climate resilience, highlighting the company’s commitment to environmental stewardship and community engagement.
