APMC Wins the Most Innovative Energy Efficiency Award from World Business Outlook for Its Commitment to Smart and Sustainable Property Management

APMC continues to raise the standard of property management in the Philippines, earning national pride and international recognition with the Most Innovative Energy Efficiency Award - Philippines 2025 from World Business Outlook. 

During the awarding ceremony held at Pullman Bangkok King Power in Thailand on November 8, 2025, APMC was honored for its remarkable achievements in its global alignment as it continues pursuing innovative solutions that integrate sustainability with financial viability across all aspects of its property management operations. 

This recognition is a testament to APMC’s continued contribution to Ayala Land’s Net Zero vision. For APMC, sustainability is not a one-time initiative but a continuous pursuit of smarter, greener, and more efficient ways to operate. 

Further, it is worth highlighting that as of today, APMC continues to operate at a level that is 40 percent better than the ASEAN, EDGE, and CBEX Energy Efficiency Indexes in terms of kilowatt-hour consumption per square meter per year.
