APMC-Managed Property Solaris One Hailed 1st Runner Up for Outstanding Performance at ASEAN Energy Efficiency and Cons

APMC-Managed Property Solaris One Hailed 1st Runner Up for Outstanding

As a testament to Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC)’s ongoing support for Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI)’s Net Zero Commitment, APMC has once more received international recognition by securing its 37th International Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Award. This accomplishment reaffirms APMC’s exemplary leadership in promoting energy-efficient and sustainable property management practices within the Philippines.

At the recent ASEAN Energy Efficiency and Conservation Best Practices Awards held on October 16, 2025, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the ASEAN Centre for Energy recognized Solaris One, an APMC-managed facility, as the First Runner-Up in the Large Green Building category.

Earlier this year, the Department of Energy (DOE) evaluated submissions from prominent real estate organizations to select the nation's representatives for the esteemed ASEAN Energy Awards. Solaris One was distinguished as one of the most energy-efficient buildings by the DOE Screening Committee to represent the Philippines, alongside three other Ayala properties managed by APMC: the Philippine Stock Exchange, Alveo Financial Tower, and BPI Cebu Corporate Center.

In recognition of its consistent performance, 80 properties managed by APMC have also been shortlisted by DOE in this year’s National Energy Efficiency Excellence Awards (EEE Awards). The final winners will be formally announced this December, coinciding with the observance of National Energy Efficiency Month.

“These milestones reflect the expertise, passion, and shared commitment of our teams in advancing energy efficiency and sustainability across all the properties we manage. Our success is made possible through the strong collaboration between APMC and our partners from the Ayala Land Offices, whose support continues to drive our collective pursuit of smart, sustainable, and future-ready communities,” Tony Martin, President of APMC, emphasized.

Through these achievements, APMC continues to demonstrate its dedication to managing high-performing and environmentally responsible properties that contribute to a more sustainable and resilient Philippines.
