This collaboration, part of the DHSUD’s SIKAT Program in Region IV-A, highlights the joint efforts of government, private sector, and local communities. APMC will provide essential support to HOAs and Federations in the region, including technical assistance such as drawings and maintenance guidelines.

Initial projects will focus on HOAs in Imus and Dasmarinas, Cavite, reflecting a commitment to fair and inclusive development practices.

At its core, this initiative aims to foster strong relationships within communities, promoting sustainability, environmental stewardship, and active community involvement.

The signing event was attended by key figures from both DHSUD and APMC. Among them were Atty. Jann Roby R. Otero, leading the DHSUD delegation, along with Mr. Louie Odiamar and Ms. Nini Sanchez from DHSUD. Representing APMC were Mr. Obet Rivera, Mr. Ralph Dela Cruz, and Mr. Jay Gonzales.
